However, it would be helpful for the Covenant to address the wider councils of the Church, especially the first 7 ecumenical councils, as this might clarify a way forward.

I wasn’t aware that the Covenant Design Group was continuing to receive submissions. Could you elucidate on the procedure o such submissions?
I remain hopeful that this “Covenant-Communion” website will come to reflect in increasing fullness the diversity of those who support and are participating in the Windsor and Anglican covenant processes.
