The Anglican Church of Cameroon; Church of the Province of West Africa has a Bishop elect,  Rev Fr DIBO THOMAS-BABYNTON ELANGO of St John’s Anglican Church Yaounde. The elections took place in Douala-Cameroon,on the 15th December 2007 during the visit of the Archbishop, the Most Rev Dr J O Y Akrofi, Archbishop and Primate of the Church of the Province of West Africa and the Supervising Bishop of the Anglican Missionary Bishop of Cameroon. Father Dibo was a delegate from West Africa during the South South Encounter in Egypt 2005. Do keep him in your prayers and pray especially for the enthronement service in April 13th 2008.
